Use the automatic scan mode to schedule scans to automatically occur at a defined interval. The data is uploaded to the PVT cloud and is available for display through PowerBI® reports.
You also have the option to do on-demand scans, view and export scan data, generate scan reports, delete a scan, and compare scans.
Note: In autoscan mode the following functions
are not available: updating and editing scans, saving scans as a PVT file, exporting a
riser, and refreshing results.
Note: Automatic scan mode is only accessible to users
with Johnson Controls credentials.
Note: After automatic scans are scheduled, opening PVT
in Interactive Mode cancels an in-progress auto scan.
Note: There is no scan type in Autoscan mode. It scans
Iventory, Performance and Assessment data by default.
Note: You can only use Autoscan mode with an internet
connection, so it is not possible to store files locally and manually upload those to
the dashboard.
