Right-click the audit message, and select Add Annotation from the menu. Alternatively, you can select Add Annotation from the Actions menu. The Add Annotation dialog box appears.
Note: The drop-down list on the Add Annotation dialog box contains predefined annotations
from your system preferences. If you have not defined annotations in your system
preferences, the drop-down list is empty. .
