Procedure
- Launch the Scheduled Reports Viewer.
- Select the Scheduled Actions tab.
- Select a report to copy.
- Click Edit.

Click Copy to New Report. The Copy to a New Report dialog box appears.
Note: The Copy To a New Report button allows you to save an exact copy of the current report with a different name. Your new report appears in the Scheduled Actions tab in the Scheduled Reports Viewer.
- Enter a new name or Object List.
- Click OK. A message appears to indicate a successful copy. Your new report appears in the Scheduled Actions tab in the Scheduled Reports Viewer.
