B - Exposed as Standard BACnet Property

Indicates that the attribute can be accessed as a standard BACnet Property of the equivalent BACnet Object Type from a BACnet network.

W - Writable

Indicates that the value of the attribute can be modified by a message from a device on the BACnet network.
Note: The types listed in Table 1 may also appear in the Note column, as applicable.
