Additionally, the Metasys CIM features a SQL bridge based on ADO.NET to interface with a wide range of data sources and thus opening up to Database Management System (DBMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Big data, REST services, social networks, and more.
Further features include data recording and display with timestamps from the source with millisecond accuracy and configurable polling intervals for each data point.
