About this task

You can use the extract compressed database function to extract the files in an exported DBEXPORT file and edit the contents. The extracted DBEXPORT file contains individual folders related to a specific supervisory device or server. To extract a compressed database, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Click Tools > Additional Functions > Database Export > Extract Compressed Database.
  2. Locate the DBEXPORT file you want to extract, and click Open.
  3. Select the file storage location, and click OK.
