About this task

To export a subset of points in a field device node, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. From the All Items tree, select the node with the points that you want to export.
  2. Right-click the selected node, and click Export Selected Points as IMP file.
  3. In the Points Selection tree, select the points that you what to export.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Choose a location for the export file.
  6. In the File name field, enter a name for the export file.
  7. Click Save.
