The Metasys Network Engines are web-enabled, IP-based supervisory devices that
connect BAS networks to IP networks. An Engine can operate as a stand-alone site
director or can be part of a larger network reporting to a Metasys server. You install
the Johnson Controls Launcher application on a computer to access a Engine, and then
monitor and control BAS devices and systems using the Engine or Metasys server user
interfaces from a computer or mobile device. Refer to Launcher Help
