Use the Metasys Site Management Portal (SMP) to commission the Engine. You must have Metasys administrator rights in order to perform the operations detailed in this section.

  1. Use the Launcher application to log on to the Metasys SMP UI of the Engine or Site Director.
  2. Drag the Engine device object from the navigation panel to the display panel. The Focus tab screen for the Engine appears.
  3. Click Insert > Integration. The Insert Integration Wizard appears.
  4. In the Select Object Type window, click BACnet IP, and then click Next.
  5. In the Destination window, click the Engine object if not already selected, and then click Next.
  6. In the Identifier window, enter a unique name for the integration, for example, BACnet/IP. Click Next.
  7. In the Configure window, you can accept the default settings and click Next.
  8. In the Summary window, click Finish. The Extension Wizard appears.
  9. Click Done.
