Why is there no data displayed in the Potential Problems Area widget?
Present value and status values are not available in JCT. The Potential Problems Area widget
displays the following message: This widget is not available in offline
mode. To view the Potential Problems Area widget with data from your
site, log in to the Metasys UI.
