Why is there no data displayed in the Equipment Activity widget?

Alarm and user changes (audits) are not available in JCT. The Equipment Activity widget displays the following message: This widget is not available in offline mode. To view the Equipment Activity widget with data from your site, log in to the Metasys UI.
