How do I access and log in to JCT?
To access JCT on a device (computer or mobile device), ensure that you have access credentials to the Metasys System Configuration Tool (SCT).
In a supported web browser, navigate to https://[host name]/UIOffline, where [host name] is replaced with the host name, server name, or IP Address of the SCT computer. If you are on the SCT computer with JCT installed, you can also navigate to hostname/UIOffline or localhost/UIOffline.
When browsing to JCT, your web browser displays a security certificate warning. The browser displays this warning if your JCT site does not have a trusted security certificate.
- For Google Chrome :
- Tap or click Advanced.
- Tap or click Proceed to [IP Address], where [SERVERNAME or IP Address] is the server name or IP address of the SCT computer. The JCT login screen appears.
- For Windows Internet Explorer 11 or Microsoft Edge, tap or click Continue to this website (not recommended). The JCT login screen appears.
- For Apple Safari 8 or later, tap or click Continue in the Cannot Verify Server Identity window. The JCT login screen appears.
We strongly recommend installing a trusted security certificate. For more information about installing trusted security certificates, refer to Network and IT Guidance Technical Bulletin (LIT-12011279) and contact your IT department.
When the JCT log on screen appears, enter your SCT login credentials.

Why did my session expire? Why was I logged out without clicking the Log Out button?
If your account is configured to terminate after a period of inactivity and you have not taken any actions in JCT for that amount of time, your session automatically ends and the login screen reappears. The default inactivity timeout is 30 minutes. Contact your Metasys administrator if you require changes to this account setting. If your tablet or phone goes to sleep or you lose connection, you are logged out and returned to the login screen.
