To access the Johnson Controls License Portal for the first time, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Open the License Portal, and click Register here.
  2. Enter your Johnson Controls email and password.
  3. Enter your details on the request form, and click Submit.

Results

The access request is sent to your manager, who approves this request. When you are granted access, you can log on to the License Portal with your globalID@jci.com as your username and your enterprise password.
