Existing external users at companies not federated with Microsoft Azure must reset their passwords when they access the License Portal for the first time following the License Portal upgrade on March 27, 2022. There is no additional or new registration requirement.

About this task

To log on to the License Portal as an existing external user after the License Portal update, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Open the License Portal, and click Log In.
  2. On the next window, click Forgot Password.
  3. On the next window, click Send Verification Code.
  4. When you receive the verification code to your email, provide the code as required.
  5. When the verification is successful, provide your new password and click Submit.
    Note: If you use your organization credentials to log on to License Portal, you do not require a password reset.
