About this task

When doing a step test for a room heating valve control loop, follow these steps:

Procedure

  1. Create trends for the controller heating output (HTG-O) and the room temperature (ZN-T). Set intervals for the trends at 10 seconds for the duration of the test.
  2. Override the heating valve output to 0%. Allow the room temperature to settle.
  3. Override the heating valve output to 100%. Allow the room temperature to settle.
  4. Input the results into the worksheet and return all values back to normal.
