Procedure

  1. In the License Portal, in the Actions column, click the Choose Action menu.
  2. Click Start a New Offline Deactivation. An Offline Deactivation wizard appears.
  3. Click Download License Deactivation File. The license deactivation file downloads.
    Note: For the next steps in the offline deactivation process, use the Software Manager on the machine where the license is activated. Refer to Software Manager Help (LIT-12012389) and go to Continuing an offline deactivation in the Software Manager.
