Inserting a field device using Auto Discovery - Metasys - LIT-12013511 - Bert plug integration - Bert Plug Load Control - 10.1

1. Drag the BACnet IP integration object from the navigation panel to the display panel. The Focus tab for the BACnet IP integration appears.
2. Click Insert > Field Device. The Insert Field Device wizard appears.
3. In the Destination window, select the BACnet IP integration if not already selected and click Next.
4. In the Select Definition Mode window, click the Invoke Auto Discovery button to begin a BACnet device discovery.
5. The Auto Detect Utility wizard appears. This wizard shows that a discovery is in progress. As new BACnet devices are discovered across the network, they appear in the discovery results list. You should see the Bert devices in this list.
6. Click the Bert device you want to integrate.
7. In the Identifier window, enter a unique name for this device. Click Next.
8. In the Configure window, accept the default settings and click Next.
9. In the Summary window, click Finish. The Extension wizard appears.
10. Click Done as it is not required to add extensions for the device.
11. The Field Device Extension wizard appears. Click New and continue inserting field points as described in Inserting a field device manually.
