Configure RAID 1 (mirroring) with disk write-caching turned on. If you use a VM, allocate at least 100 GB to 150 GB of storage to the disk that stores the Database files. You can increase the storage over time as the databases grow. Note: Prerequisite software includes the supported operating system, database software, .NET Framework, and any other software or service packs required for your ADS configuration.
