Before shipping an ADS/ADX Turnkey, Johnson Controls configures the Turnkey with the name that the customer supplied in their order. You can see this custom computer name on a label affixed to the unit. After you sign in to Windows for the first time, verify that the actual computer name matches the name on the label. If the computer name does not match the name on the label, contact the Johnson Controls Field Support Center.
