Procedure

  1. Start Windows Explorer, and navigate to the following location:

    C:\ProgramData\Johnson Controls\MetasysIII\SQLData\SSRSsync

  2. Rename the SSRSsync folder to SSRSsync1. This action relocates the contents of this folder before you uninstall the ADS/ADX software in the following step.
  3. Uninstall the Metasys ADS/ADX software.
    Important: Do not delete the databases, currently scheduled actions, or license keys.
  4. Restart the computer and sign in to Windows.
  5. Uninstall the Metasys SCT software.
    Note: Do not remove scheduled actions from the SCT.
  6. Restart the computer and sign in to Windows.
  7. Go to Renaming the Turnkey computer.
