Procedure

  1. In the Start menu search field, enter cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator. If the User Account Control dialog box appears, click Continue or Yes.
  2. In the Command Prompt window, type the following:

    cd C:\ProgramData\Johnson Controls\MetasysIII\SQLData\SCTArchive\ARSDBFix

  3. Press Enter.
  4. Type the following:

    ARSDBFix.bat “[database name]”

    Where [database name] is the name of the new archive that you created. If the name contains spaces, enclose the entire name in double quotes as shown in this step. If the name has no spaces, you do not need to use quotes.
  5. Press Enter.
    Note: For more information on the execution, type ARSDBFix.bat /? at the prompt, and then press Enter.
  6. Type Exit, and then press Enter.
  7. Go to Renaming the Turnkey computer
