Important: Before you power on your
ADS/ADX Turnkey computer, connect your Turnkey computer to your LAN.
Connect all peripheral devices, such as a keyboard and mouse, before you apply power to the Turnkey. Your Turnkey computer may start up the first time that you apply power to the device. If it does not, then press the power button on the Turnkey computer. When the Turnkey startup process begins and the Windows operating system (OS) initializes, do not disconnect power.
Note: When you power on an ADS Turnkey for the first time, it may restart before it displays
the sign-in screen. This is part of the setup process.
ADX Turnkey computers feature multiple Ethernet ports, but only one port is enabled. The ADX Turnkey ships with plastic plugs inserted into the unused Ethernet ports. However, if the plastic plugs are missing and the Turnkey computer does not communicate using one port, move the Ethernet cable to another port and try again.
