About this task
To run the restart batch file from the system utilities, follow these steps:
Procedure
- Browse to C:\ProgramData\Johnson Controls\MetasysIII\Diagnostics\Utilities.
- Right-click on the restart.bat and select Run as Administrator. Click Yes in the User Account Control dialog box. A Command Prompt windows appears and displays the status of restarting the services. When the services start, the Command Prompt window closes.
