Procedure
- Access the Metasys device from which you want to remove the user preference files and navigate to the Preferences directory for the device as shown in Table 1.

Delete files named UserPreferences-userID.xml, where
userID is the identification number that appears in the Security Administration
tool.
Note: Do not delete DefaultUserPreferences.xml.
