Select the displayed field points individually through the Point Mapping Utility. There are 41 field points available. |

Review event logs to determine cause of fault. Fault conditions may be created during system commissioning or during system validation. Input fault status can be reset by commanding the Fault Reset field point to Reset. |
A hardware failure is causing the fault indicators to illuminate. |
If the symptom persists, order replacement units and return the affected devices to Johnson Controls under the RMA program. |
