After the offline deactivation process generates the license release file, you can find the file
in the default location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Johnson
Controls\Licensing.
If you need a license release file for an in-progress offline deactivation, and are unable to locate the file, you can regenerate the file from the License Details dialog box. See Regenerating a license release file for details.
