Procedure

Supervisor PIN selection enables the configuration of the supervisor PIN. The PIN options are at the bottom of the Supervisor Menu.

Note: If you enable the supervisor PIN, you can only access the Supervisor Menu with the PIN. If the supervisor PIN is enabled, the display shows the details in the following figure.

Note: From the factory, the PIN is 2222 and the supervisor PIN is not enabled.

To configure the supervisor PIN, complete the following steps:

  1. Use UP or DOWN to change the PIN one digit at a time from left to right.
  2. Press ENTER to select the first 0 to 9 entry and move to the next digit. Press ESC to move the cursor back up one digit for each press.
  3. When the required PIN displays, press ENTER. The new PIN stores in memory and the display returns to the previous menu. If the user does not need to change the PIN, press ESC. The original programming of the controller remains.
    Important: If the PIN is enabled or changed, write it down and retain it in system configuration records in case it is forgotten.
  4. To return to the main menu, scroll and select Exit Supervisor Menu, and press ENTER.
  5. To return to normal display mode, press MENU.
