Procedure

The Menu Timeout sub-menu enables users to select a time in minutes after which the unit returns to normal operation mode if there is no activity in the Operator Menu. This time is also linked to the back light. A setting of 0 never times out and the back light is always on.

To configure the Menu Timeout, complete the following steps:

  1. While in the Operator Menu, use UP or DOWN to scroll to Temp Bal Config > Menu Timeout.
  2. Select Menu Timeout and press ENTER. The display shows the current timeout value from 1 min to 30 min or 0, which is off. The display shows Menu Timeout and the time in min.
  3. Use UP or DOWN to change the timeout value. When the required value displays, press ENTER. The new setting stores in memory and the display returns to the main menu.
