You can use the Suggest Enhancement feature to submit a product enhancement idea that you want to see in the Plant Simulator application.

  1. In the navigation bar, click the Help icon on the right side, select Suggest Enhancement.
  2. In the Suggest a Product Enhancement window, you can add your email address in the Email Address field.
  3. In the Proposed Enhancement field, type the proposed enhancement.
  4. Optional: Click Attach File to upload a file.
    Note: The attached file can be up to 5 MB.
  5. Click Submit.
Note: The purpose of this feature is to collect enhancement requests from users, it is not to ask questions or report possible defects. For technical support or to report a software defect, contact BTS-CPO-TechSupport@jci.com.
