Planning:

Your Johnson Controls account executive discusses your objectives with you, and any special areas of concern you want to address.

During this review you need to provide basic facility information, for example floor plans, utility rate, and occupancy schedule, to provide the report with context.

Placement:

When an appropriate plan is complete, we place the sensors on site. Access is necessary for installation, including access to outdoor areas such as roofs, where authorization may be required. While on site, we gather information related to the spaces such as dimensions, design occupancy, and number of outdoor walls. This information provides context for the report.

Before leaving the facility, we ensure complete connectivity of the sensors.

After two weeks we return to retrieve the IAQ sensors and particulate matter monitors.

Analysis:
Johnson Controls WELL AP engineers take 2 weeks to prepare the report.
Recommendation:

Johnson Controls account executive meets with you to review the report and recommendation.
