Johnson Controls OpenBlue Indoor Air Quality Audit Service is a two week end-to-end engagement that provides an indoor air quality (IAQ) baseline and actionable report for your facility or campus.

This service is organized into the following parts:

  • Plan: Your Johnson Controls account executive gathers perceived pain points and facility information. Our WELL AP certified engineers then develop a custom plan for your facility, including sensor locations & cellular hubs.
  • Place: Johnson Controls personnel place sensors at locations defined in the plan.
  • Analyze: For two weeks sensors gather critical air quality data. Our intelligent algorithms then analyze the data and provide a standardized report which prioritizes the area's occupant comfort, humidity, ventilation, filtration, and chemical off-gassing.
  • Recommend: In collaboration with the account executive, Well AP engineers personalize your report and focus on improvements in order of priority.
