The analysis is split into the following areas of interest:
- Comfort: We analyze the temperature of the building’s interior spaces to ensure optimal comfort for the occupants. We use ASHRAE 55 as reference.
- Humidity: To supplement comfort we review humidity. Outside conditions greatly impact indoor conditions.
- Ventilation: We use CO2 levels to measure space utilization and determine appropriate ventilation. We then rank spaces' performance to prioritize remediation.
- Filtration: Based on PM2.5 we compare indoor and outside particulate matter pollution. For effective remediation, it is critical to understand the source of the pollution.
- Off-gassing: We measure total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) to prioritize spaces for further investigation. TVOCs are present in building equipment, such as carpets and furniture, or human activity, for example cooking and perfume.
