The Utility Bill Manager module adds the capability to get the Utility Spend and Usage Data in OBEM. This is done using an automated service, or for you to manually enter your utility bill data. OBEM supports the following commodities:
  • Electricity
  • Natural gas
  • Steam
  • Water
  • Sewage
  • Compressed air
  • Waste
  • Recycled waste
  • Refrigerant
At each location you can view spend across all of your buildings, for each commodity. The user can view the Total Spend/Per Capita/Year for each building.
