The Space Performance application contains the following widgets:
Space Utilization Summary
View the total utilization, total capacity, number of desks, room capacity, current occupancy, and unassigned spaces.
Meeting Room Utilization
View the bookings of the meeting room under the selected building for any given day. This helps you to understand how each meeting room is being used on a daily basis.
Building and Floor Maximum Occupancy
View the flow of people in and out of buildings and floors to discover any anomalies in the usage of spaces. View the maximum occupancy of the selected building or floor. View the maximum occupancy of the building and the maximum occupancies of the floors in a user selected data aggregations of 30 minutes or daily.
Occupancy Time Of The Day
View the average occupancy of all meeting rooms in a selected building for different times of the day. This helps you to understand what times of the day the meeting rooms are the most busy.
Utilization and occupancy KPIs
View KPIs of utilization and occupancy at the building level and floor level. This helps you to look at the space utilization and occupancy from a broader perspective.
Room Utilization Comparison
View the utilization values along with booked meeting utilization for all meeting spaces under that portfolio for different user-selectable time periods. Use filters to drill down to a specific space to observe how the rooms are performing.

The following widgets are available in the Space Utilization tab at the building level:

If there are no sensors configured for a space below the building level, some widgets display the message No sensors are configured in this space.

Building Current utilization
View the current utilization of the building.
Building Total Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for a building for a user-selected timeline. You can view the data in a graph or tabular format.
Building Desk Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for all desks in a building for a user-selected timeline.
Building Room Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for all rooms in a building for a user-selected timeline.
Space Utilization Trend
View the total utilization, total capacity, number of desks, room capacity, current occupancy, and unassigned spaces.
Occupancy Profile
View an indication of how the occupancy of the entire building is trending for every week of the selected month and for each day of the week. The utilization shows for all days of the week or for working days.
Meeting room utilization
View a graphic of all the floors in the building with a color indication to identify the average utilization of each floor for the selected timeline.
Floor Current Utilization
View the current utilization of each floor.
Current most utilized zone
View the most current most used zone on each floor.
Current least utilized zone
View the current least used zone on each floor.
Yearly utilization
View complete year view of each floor for every day of the month. Compare two yearly views to understand how the utilization has trended.

The following widgets are available in the Lockers tab at the building level:

Locker Usage
View the trends for the use of lockers over a user-selected timeline. You can view this data for all or individual floors. Use this data to look at which lockers are not in use for an amount of time and plan to allocate this locker to any other occupant. The chart displays locker usage in the following categories:
  • Rarely opened
  • Open most weeks
  • Never opened
  • Open most days
Summary
The Summary table displays locker data in the following categories:
  • Locker point name
  • Locker usage
  • Total days opened
  • Days since last opened
  • Average daily opened
  • Average weekly opened

The floor level has tabs for Space Analytics and Room Analytics. The space analytics tab focuses on the utilization and occupancy analysis for the selected floor. The room analytics tab focuses on all the room utilization and occupancy analysis for the selected floor.

If there are no sensors configured for a floor, the dashboard displays the message No sensors are monitoring this space.

In Space Analytics, you can view the following widgets:

Floor current utilization
View the current utilization of the selected floor.
Floor capacity
View the capacity of the floor in terms of maximum number of occupants, the number of desks, and the room capacity for the floor.

This widget shows the number of lockers under a floor.

Current occupancy
View the current occupancy of the floor.
Lockers Opened in the Last Hour
View the number of lockers under the floor that have been used or opened at least once in the hour before the current system time. OBEM displays locker use information based on the locker status. For example, Gantner lockers report a state Free to indicate that the door of the locker has been opened, meaning the locker was used.
Historical Locker Utilization
View the percentage of lockers which have been used or opened at least once for the entire floor and the individual zones or wings underneath for any selected time range. OBEM uses the locker use status to display if a locker has been used. For example, Gantner lockers report a state Free to indicate that the door of the locker has been opened, meaning the locker was used. The widget reports this usage percentage for different data aggregations like hourly, daily, and monthly.
Unassigned spaces
View the number of unassigned spaces that are not available for employees but can be reserved for guests.
Viewer

The Viewer displays a 3D image of a building or floor. Users can select a floor to display in the viewer from the Space List.

Heat maps can display in the viewer for the following categories:
  • Occupancy
    • Occupancy State: Select to view whether a space is occupied or unoccupied.
    • Percentage of capacity: Select to view how occupied a space is as a percentage.
  • Indoor Air Quality
    • Temperature: Select to view the temperature of a space.
    • Carbon Dioxide: Select to view the CO2 values in parts per million (ppm) for a space.
    • Total Volatile Organic Compounds: Select to view the total amount of VOCs in ppm in a space.
    • Particulate Matter (PM2.5): Select to view the level of particulate matter measured in µg per m3 in a space.

A heat map legend displays information about the category in the bottom-right of the Viewer. Users can refresh to update the data that displays on the heatmap. The timestamp displays the date and time of the last update.

Note: The available categories is dependent on the appropriate point mapping.
Zone utilization
Ranks and displays each zone in the order of their utilization. Use this to understand trends of the most overutilized and underutilized zones.
Floor Total Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for a floor for a user-selected timeline.
Floor Desk Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for all desks in a floor for a user-selected timeline.
Floor Room Utilization Trend from All Rooms
View the total utilization trend for all rooms in a floor for a user-selected timeline.
Utilization statistics
View the average utilization of the selected floor and the peak and quiet times for use.
Occupancy profile
View an indication of how the occupancy of the selected floor is trending for every week of the selected month and for each day of the week. The utilization shows for all days of the week or for working days.
Average/Max Occupancy Count
View the average or maximum occupancy of the floor for a selected time range and data aggregation. Average occupancy shows when the data aggregation is monthly. For all other options, it is maximum occupancy except for half hourly aggregation, where the raw data shows.
Utilization Heat map

Utilization heatmap supports the overlay of rooms and zones onto a floorplan, and the utilization of those rooms and zones can be shown graphically on the floorplan. The rooms and zones, along with their mapping to the utilization points, needs to be manually configured. The zone's can display either the utilization of the desks in the zone or the combination of the utilization of the desks and rooms in the zone. Use the standard timeline selector to get the aggregated utilization for any selected time. The utilization of zones and rooms can be quickly compared across a selected floor, for a timeline of interest.

In Room Analytics, view the following widgets:

Meeting room utilization
Shows the trend of multiple meeting rooms for each day of the week for the selected period.
Meeting room utilization by the time of the day
Shows an hourly utilization trend of the multiple meeting rooms.
Usage profile
Shows the occupancy trend for each meeting room for every day of the week at every 15 minutes interval.
Space graphics
Space graphics overlays the occupancy data and assets on the floor plan. Quickly see rooms that are occupied and rooms that are available. Use the + icon to increase the size of the graphic. OBEM can display KPI data such as occupancy count, occupancy percentage, and maximum occupancy as well asset manager points such as temperature, humidity, CO2, VOC, and many more on a single floor plan.

The Space graphics widget can display data as a heat map. The heat map overlays a floor plan and shows how the occupancy, temperature, or humidity changes over a period of time.

You can assign ranges and colors to a single point or template or all points mapped to an equipment or space template with a single click. The color legend for a layer displays on the left-side of the floor plan.

You can select different user-created layers to view the performance of various space and asset parameters on the floor plan. Use the timeline selection below the floor plan to view past values of the parameters for the space.
Occupancy In % By Day For The Last Thirty Days
View the trend of how occupancy has varied for the last thirty days. This widget is available at floor, zone, and room level.
Occupancy In % Every Thirty Minutes For The Last Seven Days
View the average and maximum occupancy over thirty minute intervals. This widget is available at floor, zone, and room level.
Max Occupancy Count
View the maximum occupancy count for a particular time period. This widget is available at floor, zone, and room level.
The zone widgets are as follows:
Zone Current Utilization
View near real-time data for how a current zone is used.
Zone Capacity
View the total capacity, the number of desks, and the room capacity for a zone.
Current Occupancy
View the live number of people in the zone.
Unassigned Spaces
Spaces reserved and not available to the general public.
Peak Time for Utilization
Displays the peak time for the zone.
Quiet Time for Utilization
Displays the quiet time for the zone.
Zone Total Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for a zone for a user-selected timeline.
Zone Desk Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for desks in a zone for a user-selected timeline.
Zone Room Utilization Trend
View the total utilization trend for rooms in a zone for a user-selected timeline.
Utilization in % Every Thirty Minutes For Today
View the trend of utilization for the day. Use the toggle to switch between utilization and occupancy data.
Occupancy in % Every Thirty Minutes For Today
View the trend of occupancy for the day. Use the toggle to switch between utilization and occupancy data.
Utilization in % By Day For Last Thirty Days
View the trend of utilization for the last thirty days. Use the toggle to switch between utilization and occupancy data.
Occupancy in % By Day For Last Thirty Days

Average Occupancy Count For Working Hours
View the average occupancy count for working hours over a particular time period.

Meeting room total utilization trend
View the total utilization trend for a room for a user-selected timeline.
Meetings by size
Shows for the selected meeting room how many people meet for how many meetings. It identifies the pattern of each meeting with the number of people.
