OBEM offers an introductory integration to the U.S. EPA's ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager. The pre-release includes the ability to upload buildings' data to Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate a benchmark score (scale of 1 to 100) for a limited set of buildings that meet the criteria below. The score displays in Net Zero Advisor for comparison at the building, location-average, and portfolio-average level. The ability to display an Energy Star score offers Facility Managers and Energy Managers an external benchmarking solution to compare buildings, identify underperforming buildings, and ensure compliance with programs based on Energy Star benchmarks.

- Spotlight efficient buildings to share best practices
- Determine investment priorities
