Active alarms includes the following widgets:
- Viewer with Alarm Summary
- Displays a 3D image of a building or floor with the location of the alarm impacting assets.
The Viewer displays the top 10 priority equipment alarms and a summary of total
and stale alarms along with acknowledgment details. Users can pan and rotate the
3D image to better view a particular space.

Users can view a summary of alarms for a location that shows the alarm name and source.
Users can click the View Details button for more information on the alarm.
This displays the alarm name, priority, description, source, and equipment
category in the Viewer pane. Users can also use this pane to do the
following tasks:

- View a live or recorded video feed of the location of the alarm. This requires mapping a
camera as equipment and associating the camera with other equipment in
the space.
- Acknowledge an alarm
- Open a work order
You can use the live and recorded feed to investigate identified alarms
directly. Use the toggle button to switch between the live and recorded feed
window.
- Active alarms list
- Displays a list of alarms with information about the date, source, building
name, area, equipment category, description, URL, alarm name, acknowledged time,
time to acknowledge, acknowledged by, escalation, and priority.
- Users can also use this list to acknowledge alarms and create work
orders for one or multiple alarms.
