The OpenBlue Service app in OBEM enables digitalization of Planned Service Agreement (PSA) contract of Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC equipment. OpenBlue Service app leverages continuous remote monitoring of BAS and HVAC equipment to provide diagnostics. OpenBlue Service app helps you to perform maintenance activity remotely with a continuous monitoring system. With OpenBlue Service, a BAS service technician has adequate remote diagnostics before the truck roll for preventive and reactive causes. The anomaly dashboard shows offline supervisory and field controllers at any given time for each facility and customer account.
