Meeting Effectiveness compares the actual usage of a meeting room to its planned usage. It shows the effectiveness of a space and the lowest two performing rooms and helps to compare the effectiveness of a space to a previous timeline. In conjunction with the OpenBlue Companion app, after-meeting feedback is gathered from the meeting attendees help to analyze the factors that led to meeting being ineffective. Based on this feedback, recommendations inside the Performance Advisor app is generated that makes this widget serve both functionalities of monitoring and actioning.
