User provisioning helps authorized users to access Enterprise Management.
By default, EM offers two roles: Admin and User. Additional roles may be added if required. The Admin can define rights for the user with respect to which dashboards, reports, and navigation can be viewed, which ensures that users can only view data that the Admin has authorized. Multiple users of the same profile (Operators, Technicians and Energy Managers) can be set up under a single group for ease of scheduling, automated Email of reports, and faults.
Configuration through the use of easy-to-follow drop down menus, such as Energy Manager and Asset Manager, allows you to configure the software to the needs and requirements of your portfolio.
