The Utility Bill Manager module adds the capability to get the Utility Spend and Usage Data inside EM. This is done using an automated service, or for you to manually enter your utility bill data in EM. EM supports the following commodities: Electricity, Natural Gas, Steam, Water, Sewage, Compressed Air and Waste, and at each location you can view spend across all of your buildings, for each commodity. The user can view the Total Spend/Per Capita/Year for each building.
