OpenBlue Service app helps you to perform maintenance activity remotely with a continuous monitoring system. With OpenBlue Service, a BAS service technician has adequate remote diagnostics before the truck roll for preventive and reactive causes. The anomaly dashboard shows offline supervisory and field controllers at any given time for each facility and customer account.
