Add building, location, and plant room baselines. You can use baselines to track how your actual OBEM data compares to your expectations, which helps you to make informed decisions about how to improve the energy efficiency of your portfolio. You can configure baselines in the Setup page of OBEM. To view an example of a baseline list, see Figure 4 .

Many of the OBEM widgets contain illustrations of baseline data. Figure 5 shows how the Energy Performance widget displays location baseline data relative to the August electricity consumption at a location, with the electricity consumption baseline illustrated by the orange line:
