The customer checklists contain the basic information necessary for OBEM installation and for your initial meetings with Johnson Controls support and development operations staff. You must complete these checklists before Johnson Controls staff visit your location to begin planning the installation. You and the Johnson Controls staff need this information to devise a plan to map your building portfolio into OBEM.
NOTE: OBEM users may already have some of this data in the ontology tree section of the OBEM System Configuration Tool (SCT), which contains information about the building system structure.

- Utility commodity, equipment, and metering details.
- Meeting rooms for the Johnson Controls support team to use.
- Operating hours and holiday details for your portfolio.
