OBEM stores data in a secure, cloud-hosting location protected by ISO 5001 compliant firewall and intrusion detection systems, with support for major network security protocols to securely access and store data
- Measured variables include input values, commanded output values, set points, schedules, along with fault detection and diagnostics
- The system performs functional tests of the system to ensure optimum operating conditions
OBEM provides real-time monitoring of all energy data gathered from meter, sub-meter, sensor or building automation systems, provides advanced analytics that reveal previously undetected operational anomalies, and provide insight into potential Energy Conservation Measures. The software is configured, not programmed, by the vendor and is delivered ready to use. This configuration includes preparation of all out-of-box and required custom dashboards. Clients interface with the software through a standard browser application.
