Reports give an insight into energy usage to arrive at meaningful conclusions with respect to energy leakages. Share this information with other stakeholders by exporting in either PDF or CSV format. The reports are formatted to aid in regulatory reporting and emissions calculations. With report scheduling users can trigger reports automatically based on a periodic or time-based schedule and then email reports to applicable users. Users can select, configure, and store the parameters used in the report as a predefined template, for fast report generation at a later date. Users can edit the saved templates for use at a later time.
The following are the types of reports available with OBEM:
- Chilled water set point optimization report
- Shows the user how well the chiller outlet temperature is maintained. It includes insight of the chiller outlet set point by comparing it against the building load in the form of the number of chilled water valves opened. It shows you if the chilled outlet temperature is still kept low, in spite of the fact that the valves are in a closed position.
- Chiller Plant Efficiency by Building
-
This report provides an efficiency summary of the chiller plants that serve the respective selected buildings. Users can view energy consumption and output of each plant in terms of tonnage for plants of each building. This helps to focus on the least efficient plant and maintain them better.
- Chiller Plant Efficiency by Month
- This report gives a comparative view of chiller plant efficiency for multiple buildings for multiple months. The user can then compare and see how the chiller plant efficiency has trended or changed over a certain period of time. This report helps the user to compare and benchmark different chiller plants.
- Detailed Fault Report by Equipment
- This report shows a comparison of fault count by equipment type and the time taken to acknowledge those faults. This report also gives the total fault duration of the faults under the equipment type. This helps the users to compare faults for each equipment type and the response time taken to acknowledge this fault.
- Energy baseline report for meters
-
This report displays the energy consumption against a baseline for meters. View the actual consumption for the selected period, the baseline for the selected period, the change in consumption, and the percentage change with respect to the baseline.
- Energy baseline report for spaces
-
This report displays the energy consumption against a baseline for spaces. View the actual consumption for the selected period, the baseline for the selected period, the change in consumption, and the percentage change with respect to the baseline.
- Energy Comparison Report by Location
- This report provides a comparison of the consumption and max demand for different spaces over the same period. Use data normalization with normal comparison to eliminate the effect of temperature variances.
- Energy Comparison Report by Meter
- This report provides a comparison of consumption data and maximum demand data for different meters for the same period.
- Energy Comparison Report by Period for Location
- This report provides a comparison of the consumption and max demand for the same space but for different periods. Use data normalization with normal comparison to eliminate the effect of temperature variances.
- Energy Report by Meter
- View the consumption, demand, and power factor trending data for the selected meters in a selected period. The report supports multiple commodities.
- Energy Comparison Report by Period for Meter
- Provides a comparison of a single meter’s consumption and max demand for different periods. Example: Compare the meter representing HVAC load this summer compared to last summer and looks for any deviations.
- Energy Consumption and Efficiency Reporting by Building
- This report helps the user to compare the energy consumption and EUI for different buildings. This report also compares the water consumption and WUI for different buildings. Comparing the energy or water consumption and efficiencies of buildings helps to determine the most efficient and least efficient buildings to help prioritize on actionable items.
- Equipment Fault Summary Report
- Provides the daily digest of faults along with diagnostics for related to equipment. Report supports user configurable schedules for delivering reports through email. A user that does not log on to the tool gets details to take action on.
- Equipment Auto Manual Report
- Provides the list of all equipment running in manual mode. This report helps the user to check the equipment that are running continuously in manual mode leading to energy leakage
- Fault Detail by Equipment Type Report
- This report provides a comparison of faults by equipment type for a specific location, over a period of time.
- Equipment Report - Chilled Water Setpoint Optimization Report
- This report shows the user how well the chiller outlet temperature is maintained. The report provides an insight into the chiller outlet set point by comparing it against the building load in the form of number of chilled water valves opened. The user can see if the chilled outlet temperature is still kept low if the chilled valves are in a closed position.
- Fault Report by time series
- This report shows the fault count from each equipment category on a time series plot for a given building. The report also contains data of total fault occurrences, active duration of the fault, average duration of the fault and average time taken to acknowledge the fault from each equipment category for a given period. This report helps the user to understand the trend of faults coming from all equipment categories and its associated response by the personnel.
- Fault Statistics by Priority
- This report shows the statistics of fault based on its priority. The statistics include total count, duration, total cost, average duration for each fault, average time to acknowledge fault for each priority of the fault. This report helps users to understand the data behind each priority of the fault for the selected space.
- Fault Report by Building
- This report shows the fault count for each equipment category for the selected buildings. It helps users to compare buildings in terms of fault counts indicating which building needs attention and which equipment category needs to be focused on. The report also contains the total faults, acknowledged faults, unacknowledged faults, average duration for each fault, total duration of the faults, and average time to acknowledge each fault.
- Meter Data Quality Report
- Provides a list of meters that have spike, offline and flat line values. Users can customize the duration that these anomalies are to be reported for. Anything related to meter anomaly can be easily tracked and notified for resolution.
