The software is able to identify bad data at the source during the data collection process from BMS and other control systems, and rejects such instances. OBEM has provisions to define acceptable values. The integrity of source data is critical to the facility, and software that requires manipulation of source data during the data verification process is not acceptable.
OBEM can automatically handle site data issues including the following:
- Site meter resets
- Data spikes
- Missing meter data
- Site network failure and ensuing data loss for a duration of up to two days
