In addition to the service manager app, OBEM also exposes equipment related data along with fault and diagnostics to third-party CMMS tools through APIs. This is helpful for the customers who want to use their own CMMS tool but at the same time take advantage of the data generated from OBEM. The data sharing is bidirectional between OBEM and CMMS tool. When the ticket is closed in the CMMS tool, the same data flows back to OBEM.
