Energy Manager automatically collects, analyzes, and displays information for all configured physical meters, online and offline meters, and virtual meters located in a facilities operation. Users can easily track, analyze, and manage energy use, for thermal, water, electrical storage, and carbon.

Users can view Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with their preferred unit of measurement or standard KPIs supplied by OBEM. OBEM helps the user compare and forecast energy use across a portfolio for each building, floor, or location, and by equipment or asset.

The information for energy demand and consumption is available for aggregation and display using various out-of-the-box dashboards.

Users can create and configure custom dashboards to their own needs with OBEM’s define your dashboard feature. For example, a user can define a dashboard to compare consumption of multiple locations, buildings, floors, or meters.

The automated reporting tool can generate easy-to-understand summary reports from the dashboard data.

In addition to this, Energy Manager provides the capability to measure the consumption against baseline and notify the user if consumption is approaching or exceeding the baseline.

OBEM supports the following languages:

  • English
  • German
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Spanish (European)
