OBEM features artificial intelligence powered recommendations that help the building owners and facility managers to manage their spaces efficiently. The recommendations are available in an easy to read format and coupled with OBEM’s command and control capability gives users immense control over their spaces and assets. The recommendations are available in the following categories and are expanded in the future releases:
- Employee Productivity: Recommendations to help increase employee productivity
- Space Utilization: Recommendations to help increase space utilization
- Energy Efficiency: Recommendations to help increase energy efficiency
- Asset Upkeep: Recommendations to help keep the asset in good health
- Indoor Health: Recommendations to help maintain occupant health by keeping air free from virus and to also manage energy efficiency in the space
Users can either accept or reject the recommendations. All the actioned recommendations are available as logs for future reference. OBEM also ranks the recommendations for the ease of users in order to help them to focus on recommendations that are most valuable to them. In addition to ranking, the users can also tag spaces and assets of their choice and only get recommendations from their interest. Apart from the recommendations available in app in the Performance Advisor, top recommendations are also emailed automatically daily to the interested users.
