Registering OpenBlue Enterprise Manager - Johnson Controls - LIT-12012431 - Software Application - OpenBlue Enterprise Manager - 4.0

You must register OpenBlue Enterprise Manager before you can begin configuration.

1. On the desktop of the Aaeon unit, double-click the Data Collector shortcut.
2. In the Username and Password fields, enter the username and password that you receive by email from the development operations team, and click Log In.
3. In the Serial Key field, enter the serial key that you receive by email from the development operations team, and click Register Device.
   Note: If the registration fails, complete the following steps:
   1. Ensure that you enter the serial key correctly.
   2. Ensure that the serial number belongs to the same organization as the username and password.
   3. Ensure that your data collector can access the internet. If you enter the correct credentials and serial key and the registration process fails, contact the development operations team.
